It’s waay too grey. Not liking this as much as your previous incarnation.
I’ve also never heard of the phrase “goat with me” what’s that all about? Do you want me to just walk around and randomly eat things? I can go to the grocery store and do some of that this evening, although I do have dove chocolates in the cupboard…
Aww… tsk, tsk, don’t like the black background although the title-thingie up top is cool. I actually LIKED the brown/tan background you had before… sigh
Yes, yes…it’s still a bit too grey and sterile for me too. I’m working on getting more color and warmth…we’ll see where it goes.
As for WordPress…I’ve always been far more interested in WordPress sites as compared to Blogger. WordPress is able to be fully customized and you can do many, many, many things with it that you can’t with Blogger.
I like Blogger…it served me well for some time, but the limitations I kept coming up against bothered me too much.
I didn’t like how you have to “belong” to google to make a comment – you also have a very limited amount you can do within the templates without messing them up. Lots of other little annoyances.
I will say that switching over to WordPress wasn’t the easiest thing in the world. It was mostly difficult becuase I had so many posts to import from blogger…they didn’t format properly and there was a lot of work involved in getting things to look right.
SUggestion — many of us with readers out here really like getting the ‘full’ feed, instead of only the first 250 characters/paragraph. There probably is a setting in controls to change this? Your old blogger format sent the full post, and this is sending a very truncated version.
Thanks and good luck with word press.
I flirted with switching and decided it wasn’t worth it…I wasn’t impressed enough with WP…But I hope that it is a good change for you! What do you like about it versus blogger?
Do you know your feed isn’t working? Or at least it’s not for me. I thought something happened to you and came over to see and find I’ve missed some posts.
Me no likey change …

I need two questions answered:
1) Why is wordpress better than blogger
2) What the heck does “reverb” mean?

I like how your pictures show up against the dark background. It’s probably going to be a good change.

May the force be with you

Why the change? I think I’ll like it, once I get used to it. It’s just accepting that initial change, ya know?

I like that now I can comment without being part of all those other things! Looks good too.

I agree with Kristianna – the full feed would really be appreciated by those of us who subscribe using a Reader to subscribe to your RSS feed.
Love your blog!
