I went in for my latest tattoo session (yes, I realize I’ve posted way too much about tattoos lately) and got some cool shots of the atmosphere. I sat in the chair for around 3 and a half hours with only a couple of short breaks. It hurt.
Remember…there’s still some time to show off your ink work by emailing me photos of your tattoo(s). I will be posting on Monday to share other readers photos. Send along your blog address with it and I’ll link the photo to your site. detzelpretzel(at)gmail.com

Several of you mentioned that you’d be interested in seeing other readers tattoos.
Carlos Whittaker over @ RagamuffinSoul did this a while back. The results were pretty cool.
So here’s what you need to do:
Send a photo of your tattoo(s) over to my email address (only safe ones please) – and I’ll put together a post showing off your ink. Also, by submitting a photo of your tattoo(s)…I’ll make the photo of you link back to your blog if you include the url with it. Cool beans?
Cool beans.
Sooo…send them on over and we’ll see what happens. My email address is posted in the right-hand sidebar of this blog. Peace out homies.
Cool beans.

My tattoo session that was scheduled for yesterday was postponed until Friday to draw something up differently. Boo. I was all psyched up and got a whole bunch of work done early in the morning so that I could be freed up later in the afternoon.
Having some time to drive around in the snow was fun…it’s always so…soothing for some reason. Everything just has that perfect blanket on it and you can’t see the imperfections of the man-made.
Since I was a sad panda, I decided to take a drive over to Jungle Jim’s which is always exciting for a foodie dweeb like myself. Allison has probably only been to the grocery store with me a dozen times in our near 6 years of marriage. It might have to do with the fact that I cannot go to the grocery store without visiting each and every isle. What if I miss something??

Upon perusing the candy area, I found something that I haven’t seen in years. VALOMILK.

I bought several packages, which still look just as vintage as they did nearly 20 years ago when I last had them. I remember getting a package of these liquid marshmallow cups at a small candy store in Hershey Pennsylvania. They taste just as I remember.
What’s a classic food/drink/candy that you remember loving from when you were little?
