Victory is mine. I was called by a friend at Duke Energy yesterday telling me that I am free to tear up my $8,040 electric bill. It turns out a major clerical error was made during the billing process and it just kept slipping through somehow. I’m glad we finally got it figured out too. We had news agencies trying to contact us about the situation. It’s amazing what prayer, good advice, and some friends can do for you.
Sometimes things aren’t nearly as ferocious as they seem.
