The last photo…made my day….and it was a difficult day.
Ryan…the little I know about you from your blog…I am SURE you are the man they need you to be. You are teachable, have a soft heart, and open hands….the makings of a good man.
As long as you continue to ask God to help you be the man that you should be for them, and follow His leading, I’m sure you and your family will be blessed. I pray for God to help me the wife/mother/grandmother that I should be. If I fail at these things, nothing else matters.
It’s amazing that when the baby comes along you will love that one just as much. I am always astounded that as we have more people to love our capacity to love grows. It never gets divided up and sectioned off to meet the capacity/need ratio. Love is amazing thing.
I believe a prayer for wisdom truly blesses the Father’s heart and He is more than happy to provide. Remember, ryman, it’s a lifelong journey. You and Allison are fellow pilgrims, helping each other along the way. Side by side. With deep, abiding joy. It shows.
Adorable! I was particularly excited to see the Oshkosh B’gosh top she’s wearing!
I think I could go any where in the country & say I’m from Oshkosh & the response is “As in Oshkosh B’gosh!?!?” Yeppers! that’s us right here in (mostly) rural Wisconsin! Ya der’ hey!
Precious family. I pray for that a lot, that I’ll be the wife and mom my husband and children need and that I can guide them toward Him. It’s a heady job and I’m glad He’s by my side to help me a lot!
Just the fact that you so want to be that man, already means you’re well on your way.
Also, on a side note, your wife has the most amazing jewelry. I know we aren’t supposed to covet, but I totally covet her jewelry collection.
Beauty and Perfection.
