…would cause someone to think it’s a good idea to paint the words,
“This ride is too low to haul a fat ass ho”
on the back of their truck?

I saw a little lowrider truck in my neighborhood yesterday with a custom paint job and those words proudly displayed on the tailgate. The funny thing was…they were really professionally done. I always think about the process of this happening.
*Guy with low-rider goes to auto-body shop* // “Yeah…so I was wondering if you could do some custom lettering on my tailgate for me?”
And then I start thinking about the kind of ladyfolk he must be toting around in his truck. Interesting.

Or what about the people with the giant set of steel testicles hanging from their ride?

Nothing says classy like a huge pair of truck nuts.

Friends, family, and everything in between:

We rocked out free dinner (Skyline 3 ways) for more than 250 people on Saturday night. Easter Sunday, our volunteers served up a free breakfast of Bacon, Eggs, Pancakes, HashBrowns, Sausage, etc… to another 250.

The church services themselves were rather crazy in a great way. We saw more than 850 people come through our doors this weekend! It’s exciting to see numbers like that because we truly feel like we are making an impact on the spiritual growth of people right now. If 5,000 people showed up next week, and we had no spiritual food for them…no challenge…no call…no God…then what’s the point?
The more people we see come to Vineyard Westside…the more chances of a true relationship forming between the Creator and His Creation. Pretty schweet really.

After church it was off to see the family and a bunny cake:

Time for an Easter Egg Hunt:

And then there were tree swings:

And then I forgot my camera at home and I didn’t get photos of the rest of of the day, but you can imagine…the fun went on and on. Often times, we over-complicate things. God wants us to love Him and love others…it just doesn’t have to be that hard.
