Four animals at the zoo…

I finally got a chance to run around outside with the Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 Lens I bought a few weeks ago. Four animals really stuck out to me at the zoo:

Da Gorilla
Don't roll your eyes at me

Da Cheetah
Cheetos

Da Goat
You eyin' me boy?

And of course, Da Giant LadyBug
200mm

A bug's life

Busy Lady

MamaDaughter

200mm Goon

Dear Winter,

Please hold off a little longer. K thanks bye.

Ryan

I just started a photography class, and feel totally clueless about everything. However, someday I am sure I will understand the importance and allure of different lenses, flashes, etc. For now, I am thankful for the very nice used DSLR my in-laws gave us. A Canon EOS D60. I’m not sure what kind of lens it has, other than it can zoom pretty well.

Also: fabulous pics of animals and children.

Wow cool pics. Do you giggle with glee when you look at your pictures now? Okay you don’t giggle. Love the mamadaughter pic. Isn’t it amazing how some animals love to get their picture taken? My cousin’s horse always turns her head a certain side and angle, too funny when I pointed it out.

Greatest goat (pic) of all time! Teh little giant ladybug is pretty dern cute. And golly, I have to agree with the above posters; the mother-daughter photo is a soft, quiet picture but says so much about their relationship and your relationship to them.
