Some day, not far from now, you will be laying on your sofa watching sports on T.V., WISHING that you could take your kids to the Pumpkin Festival instead. Your photos of the kiddos are priceless, just like the memories that both you and your children will treasure always. The children God gives us are just that…GIFTS. Ok, you had me til the Seacrest comment. You are so much more entertaining than Seacrest! That and he’s offensive to women or anyone that might have an original thought that isn’t perverted – I’ve caught parts of his radio show several different times so I feel like it was an adequate sample of his lack of character and now I’m wasting more of my time on him and torturing you with my disdain for his antics. Sorry about that, I’m done, back to thinking happy thoughts and random laughing hamsters and babies. =0)

On a slightly different note, will you be starting up again with your photography lessons? I just bought a Nikon D70 & have found your lessons very easy to follow & most informative.

I totally want a good telephoto lens for the EXACT reasons you gave. My fave pics of people are the ones where they are just doing their thing and I have the honor of capturing moments. I want those expressions and movements and twinkles that you can’t force when you pose… and being right up on someone with camera in hand makes so many people so self conscious! So a good telephoto… and I have a decent one but want an even better one… would be a dream!

How the heck do you keep a pacifier in your son’s mouth? I have a 4 month old and she WILL not take one. She’s my 3rd baby who won’t take a pacifier. I don’t know where I went wrong!

My husband used to feel the same way about Purdue until he discovered that they always lost when he watched them. He decided not to watch them. And they still lost (oops except for this weekend).
