Perfect!!! And just in time for Thanksgiving, too. I’m definitely making these - they’ll be a nice change from my obsession with asparagus cooked in just about the same exact way - only with herbs de Provence with lavender.

I made these for dinner last night and they were delicious! Thanks. Now, I need to try those provolone crisps.

Thank you for these! Our 14 yr. old daughter is making them as her contribution to the Thanksgiving dinner table. I can’t wait.

I found your site off from the Pioneer woman site and now I consistantly check yours. I really enjoy looking at your photos because photography is a love of mine and well as cooking. I made you carrots last night and I loved them and cant wait to make them for friends.
Plus I am trying to talk my husband into a camera like yours. I have a canon and want to upgrade to the nikon. So any blogs about how great your camera is would be appreciated and most definetly read to the hubby! lol
THanks for a great recipe!

Just made these and WOW!!! I used fresh rosemary as it’s the only thing still alive in my garden. My husband (the chef in “chefkulp”) was quite impressed!

I made these yesterday as 1 of the vegetable dishes for Thanksgiving dinner. Let me just say…”YUMMMMEEEE!!” They were a BIG hit…I will have to go buy more carrots so I can make them to have with the rest of the leftovers!! LOL
